John is one of the founders of Freshco, an Auckland based fresh produce export business established in 1989. It has offices in key growing locations throughout New Zealand.

Omi manages Coxco Farming which was established in 2006 and specialises in the growth of squash across its 700 hectares of very rich alluvial silt loams on the Poverty Bay plains.

Shane is based in sunny Hawkes Bay and runs NH Packing, one of New Zealand’s largest packers of premium squash and pumpkin for the fresh market.
